By admitting your child at Greenwich International School, every Parent / Guardian hereby accept and comply with all the rules and regulations as specified below :
- I agree that my child must abide by all of the policies, rules and regulations of the Institution including those listed, and I agree to pay regularly and promptly all the fees, as prescribed and other costs and charges raised from time to time if any.
- I understand and agree while the institution takes all the required steps to make the child academically strong, in spite of the efforts on the part of the school, if the performance of the child academically or otherwise is not satisfactory, the Co-Ordinator/HM has the sole discretion to place the child in the appropriate class or remedial program in the best interest of the child.
- List Item # I understand and agree that the institution reserves the right to take disciplinary action, suspend and expel the student in case of gross negligence, indiscipline and misbehaviour after repeated warnings.
- Any reported or observed objectionable conduct outside the institution, on the part of students, will make them liable to disciplinary action
- I understand that the wholesome development of the child is of utmost importance to the school and the school takes all required steps to ensure the child’s safety. However if any accidents or injuries are sustained by the child while taking part in sports, extra curricular or any other form of activity, the school or its staff will not be held liable in such instances.
- I agree to indemnify the school for any loss or damage caused to school or its property or its people by the child as determined by the Secretary.
- Occasionally , class activities may be recorded for media and academic purposes. By admitting my child at Greenwich International School, I grant permission to Greenwich International school to use our child’s photography, art work and voice in any printed collateral video or any other promotional material of any kind for internal and external communication.
- From time to time Greenwich International School arranges educational trips, outings, sports and extra curricular activities. Whilst teachers and staff will always take every precaution to ensure the safety and well – being of a child, Greenwich International School does not accept any liability in the case of unforeseen accidents and may not be held responsible for or liable in any manner by parents or guardians.
- Greenwich International school shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss caused to the child or child’s belongings for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Greenwich International School or due to any events of Force Majeure.
- The institution reserves no transfer and no refund policy.
- All students are expected to have minimum 75% attendance.
- I understand that the school encourages use of technology in education and teachers share learning resources online through credible learning platforms from time to time. Internet access will be required for such educational purposes. I understand that every reasonable precaution has been taken by the school to provide for online safety in the school premises but the school cannot be held responsible for its students accessing unsuitable websites.
- A student caught copying, plagiarizing, or indulging in any other malpractice, will not be allowed to take subsequent assessment until the co-ordinator / secretary grants him /her written permission. Depending on the severity of the situation, a student may be dismissed from the school.
- I agree that the institution reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, rules and regulations from time to time. I also agree in case of any disputes, as to the affect of this regulations, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Management, Greenwich International School, whose decision shall be final and binding.
- I certify that I will assist the institution as a responsible parent and involve and support my child’s education and activities as planned by the institution.
